Long Range Planning
PERC has completed numerous Parks, Recreation, Culture and Tourism Leisure Service Plans in communities ranging in size from 1,500 to several million in most of Canada's provinces and all of its territories. In many communities, PERC has been invited to update these Plans after a five or ten year period.
In most cases PERC has been commissioned to undertake the complete Leisure Service Planning process. However, the firm has also been retained to complete a specific portion of the Plan, to work with other consultants to prepare the Plan, and to act as a "trouble shooter" to assist local authorities with the preparation of their own Plans.

PERC has prepared a considerable number of feasibility studies for communities that are thinking of building a recreation or cultural facility or complex, but require advice on such issues as location, capital cost and financing, operating cost and financing, estimates of usage, marketing and management.
