During his career with the city of Regina, Chris worked his way to the top and is currently the Director of Community Services. However, he still has time to do some consulting on the side, and is currently a Senior Associate with PERC. After graduating with a BSPE specializing in Recreation Management from the University of Saskatchewan Chris worked for the City of Regina for over 30 years holding a number of positions before being appointed as the Director of the Community Services in 2007. He has extensive experience in community development, facility operation, planning, and management and has been involved in a number of studies and reviews with the City of Regina, including an extensive review of Fees and Charges, and the City's comprehensive Core Services Review.
