Erin brings over 25 years of public and private sector Parks and Recreation experience to the PERC team. Her career began with the City of Port Coquitlam, providing youth services and managing the city’s wellness centre, and includes work as the Facility Manager in the Health, Fitness and Wellness Spa at Sutton Place Hotel. She also owned and operated her own company – Women’s Only Mountain Biking; and was a core education instructor in the Human Kinetics and Recreation Department at Langara College.

Erin has a Master of Arts degree in Leadership Training from Royal Roads University, a diploma in Recreation Leadership from Langara College, and a Diploma in Marketing Management from BCIT. She has conducted numerous strategic planning projects, and developed Canada’s second “On the Move” program for girls to participate in a physically non-competitive environment, and served as a member of the Board of Directors with Promotion Plus, and the BC Recreation and Parks Association Women’s Issues Committee.
